Information and care

Website articles, guides, and general responses are for education. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, or individual treatment plan. Joining a mailing list, downloading a guide, or sending an inquiry does not create a patient–physician relationship.

Care requires a separate clinical evaluation and enrollment process. Services depend on clinical appropriateness, availability, and applicable requirements. Website information does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, or a particular outcome.

Membership and enrollment

Planned memberships and founding rates are described on our Membership page. Final pricing, inclusions, commitments, and cancellation or refund terms will be provided before enrollment. Joining the community does not enroll you in paid care.

Forms and communications

Use accurate contact details that belong to you. Do not submit medical information through website forms or email. Squarespace and Google Forms support our website and sign-up processes. See our Privacy Policy for the draft description of information handling.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email. If an optional SMS program becomes available, it will require separate consent; reply STOP to stop texts. Marketing consent is not required to purchase care.

Urgent questions

Our website, forms, and email are not emergency services. If this is an emergency, call 911.
