This draft describes Lakou Health’s public website and community sign-ups. Care opens Spring 2027. It is not a notice for established patient records.

Information you share

Our forms collect your name and email address, and may ask which services interest you. Please do not send medical history, symptoms, test results, or other medical information through website forms or email.

Our current sign-up forms use email. If an SMS program is offered, a phone number will be optional and SMS marketing will require separate consent. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in.

How information is used

We use contact details to deliver requested guides, respond to general inquiries, and send community news and founding-member updates where you have signed up.

Service providers

We use Squarespace to host this website and to run our forms, mailing list and email automations. We use Google Workspace for email and Google Forms for some guide requests. Our Instagram link page is hosted by Linktree. These providers process information on our behalf, and their own privacy policies also apply.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, and Squarespace's built-in analytics to understand overall visits, such as which pages are viewed. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner on our site or your browser settings.

Advertising and sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers above so they can run our website and communications, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep your contact details while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing emails right away, and we delete your details on request.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@lakou.health with the subject 'Privacy request.' We respond within 30 days. Please don't include medical information.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@lakou.health without including medical information.

If SMS updates become available and you opt in, reply STOP to stop messages. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing care. Message and data rates may apply. SMS provider, frequency, and program details must be disclosed before sign-up.

Care and emergencies

Joining our mailing list, downloading a guide, or contacting us does not create a patient–physician relationship. These channels are not monitored for urgent care. If this is an emergency, call 911.
