Everything in Essential, with monthly physician visits, individualized nutrition strategy, more comprehensive metabolic monitoring, and support for sleep, stress, and recovery.
Priority messaging, quarterly Health Blueprint reviews, and greater accountability. Dietitian and coaching access will expand as our team grows.

Everything in Premium, with more frequent physician access, advanced prevention and metabolic assessment, and a personalized healthy-aging strategy.
Enhanced lab interpretation, nutrition and exercise optimization, priority scheduling and communication, and care planning around your lifestyle.

Founding members lock in their rate. Final pricing confirmed before enrollment; medications and labs are separate. Kit contents, device models, compatibility, fulfillment details, Connected Health Credit amount, eligible options, and program terms will be confirmed before enrollment. Vendor relationships are not finalized. Pharmacy, supplement, and advanced therapeutic costs are separate unless explicitly bundled. Treatment recommendations are individualized; membership does not guarantee a particular prescription or therapy.

Your welcome kit brings the Lakou Method into everyday life, with practical tools to support your Health Blueprint and your relationship with your physician.
During onboarding, we confirm your membership kit, delivery details, and fulfillment timing; guide My Lakou activation and QR setup; and help you get started with the selected nutrition / food-logging platform.
For Premium and Executive members, we support scale setup and compatible wearable connections, review sharing preferences, and establish useful baseline trends. Where direct connections are unavailable, we explain supported ways to share data with your care team. Executive onboarding also includes review of approved Connected Health Credit options.
Device estimates and tracking data inform a conversation; they do not replace clinical assessment.
Welcome-kit fulfillment & device terms
Essential and Premium memberships require a minimum three-month initial commitment. Executive membership requires a minimum six-month initial commitment. Your welcome kit is part of this ongoing care program. Payment of the first month’s membership fee alone does not trigger shipment. We confirm onboarding and applicable enrollment / device-program requirements before arranging fulfillment.
Before you enroll, we will explain your membership’s minimum commitment and any connected-device arrangement. Any applicable fees, billing schedule, device ownership or loan terms, shipment timing, and cancellation, refund, or return conditions will be disclosed before you agree.

Physician-guided evaluation of advanced and adjunctive therapies for appropriate members, including consideration of peptide-related or compounded therapies where clinically appropriate and legally available.
Evaluation and treatment decisions are separate from membership level. Therapies are not automatically included in a membership. Peptide / advanced therapy duration is treatment-specific and guided by clinical need, response, and safety—not an arbitrary contractual treatment period.
Injectable / Peptide Therapy Support Kit
A separate support-kit concept for members prescribed an injectable or peptide-related therapy when clinically appropriate. It is not automatically included with any membership and does not imply eligibility for treatment or a prescription.
Coordinated with the dispensing pharmacy, support may include therapy-specific education, administration and storage guidance, a dosing and administration log, appropriate injection supplies and sharps-disposal support, and clear safety and care-team / pharmacy contact instructions.
Medication-specific instructions, supplies, availability, and any separate costs are confirmed for the prescribed treatment. Members follow their physician’s and dispensing pharmacy’s instructions; urgent symptoms require urgent medical care.
