We will help you activate My Lakou, get started with the selected nutrition / food-logging platform, and connect your everyday goals with your physician-led Health Blueprint and the Lakou Method.

Your welcome kit. We will confirm the kit for your Essential, Premium, or Executive membership, delivery details, fulfillment timing, and QR onboarding instructions. Essential and Premium require a minimum three-month initial commitment. Executive requires a minimum six-month initial commitment. Kit shipment will follow confirmation of onboarding and applicable enrollment / device-program requirements; the first month’s payment alone will not trigger shipment. Your membership’s minimum commitment, applicable fees and billing schedule, device ownership or loan terms, and cancellation / return conditions will be explained before enrollment.

Your Connected Health setup. Premium and Executive onboarding will include support for your connected scale and compatible wearable data, sharing preferences, and baseline trends. Direct connections depend on the selected devices and platforms; supported alternatives will be explained where needed.

Your Executive options. Personalized onboarding will include review of the Connected Health Credit, approved wearable / health technology options, and redemption terms before enrollment.

Kit contents, devices, integrations, fulfillment timing, and credit terms will be confirmed before enrollment. Vendor partnerships are not finalized. Where an injectable therapy is prescribed, any separate therapy support kit will be coordinated with the dispensing pharmacy. Peptide / advanced therapy duration is treatment-specific and determined by clinical need, response, and safety.
